Clientele: Individual Adults

Therapy Modalities:

Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT): Change how you feel by changing the way you think and behave. Reading and workbook homework is required in addition to counseling sessions.

EMDR®: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, used to heal post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well other traumas, anxieties and phobias.

Family of Origin: Understand how your childhood and related experiences affect your life now and learn to resolve these issues.

I am a Dr. Phil Senior Life Strategist Therapist trained in Self-Matters, The Ultimate Weight Solution, Relationship Rescue and Life Strategies.

I also offer therapy services via webcam.
